Snowy Mill recognised the need for quality sourdough bakery products for the many restaurants and cafes in our beautiful snowy mountains. With superb ingredients and local production, we can offer the quality and freshness that our customers deserve.

Starting small in 2021, we have expanded our presence with both traditional and innovative sourdough products, all naturally fermented from the finest Australian hard wheat flours, mountain water and salt. No commercial yeast is used in the production of our loaves, and the slight acidity from the fermentation process allows our products to be preservative free. At Snowy Mill, breaking bread with friends and family is a pleasure as old as civilisation itself. It is a joy deserving of only the best ingredients, and the skilled hands of bakers that love their ancient craft.
