HERITAGE WHITE ORGANIC GRAINS: Our delicious unbleached white sourdough loaf with the added flavour, texture and goodness of kibbled organic grains. More than 10 grams of kibbled wholegrain in every slice.

HERITAGE WHITE PARMESAN AND OLIVE or GARLIC & CHEDDAR: A loaf to serve as an appetiser or as a meal on its own with a little Australian olive oil. Our Heritage White with the addition of only olives and a crumbly dry parmesan cheese or alternatively with garlic and cheddar cheese.

BREWERY LOAF: Our Heritage White loaf with the inclusion of whole malted barley grain. The malting process has been extended to provide a wonderful nutty caramel aroma to the finished loaf. Great with our favourite liquid bread – a beer!

FRUIT LOAF: AWARD WINNING – CHAMPION OF THE SHOW CANBERRA ROYAL 2022. A fruit loaf like no other. Groaning with so much fruit, even our hyperactive starter struggles to lift it all! A toasted slice of this needs nothing other than butter or a we-know-you-are-human-after-all dollop of double cream, and a cup of coffee.

CIABATTA: A rustic ciabatta like no other. High hydration and a long, undisturbed sourdough fermentation, creates a very moist, open crumb with the goodness of our stoneground unbleached flour. Perfect for sandwiches of all kinds and burgers. The open texture makes it perfect for spreads, mayonnaise and sauces along with your other ingredients.
